NEW AT KADIMAH FOR 2010
On behalf of Camp Kadimah, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of you who took the time to participate in the recent on-line survey by Michael Communications PR Group designed to enhance the camp directive.
Over the past couple of weeks, camp staff and board members have been mulling over the survey’s data in an effort to better facilitate the needs and expectations of our campers and their families. We will continue in our efforts to address all issues that weighed in for improvement, and will work to develop new and exciting camp initiatives that support our mission to build a foundation of Jewish identity in a uniquely maritime summer camp retreat.
In the meantime, new at camp for 2010: more of the great programs you asked for through choice peulot at Kadimah!
First peulah will be choice for everyone- choices will include water-skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing, free and instructional sailing, basketball, pottery, painting, tie dye and silk screening, archery, hockey, baseball, yoga, dancercise, soccer, gardening, guitar, bama, football, iron chef, knitting, trumpet, gymnastics, tennis, choir, band, modern dance and so much more!
Machar will have two more choice peulot in the morning, and Gib Gosh and Kochot will have their two other choices in the afternoon. First peulah choice will be decided online before camp begins- details to follow in early June. All others will be decided as you go- so feel free to try as many things as you want, or simply focus your efforts on that one special skill!
See you all soon!
