C.I.T (Ages 16)
The CIT (Counselors in Training) program was developed to build the
leadership skills we look for in our counselors- to- be. The CITs work
on a rotational basis, assisting in cabin placements, on different
specialties, and in special leadership training programs geared towards
both Jewish and secular leadership. One of the best parts of the CIT
program is the CIT trip. For a week, the CIT's travel through the
Maritimes and experience not only the fantastic views of Cape Breton
Island, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Parts of Nova Scotia,
but they get a unique perspective on the small Jewish Communities who
have thrived in these areas for many years. A new addition to the CIT
Program is their own site, with spacious cabins including SHOWERS! |
